Do cardio everyday. If you`re doing ab exercises often and can feel your muscles taking the toll, but they`re not showing it`s because you still have some excess fat. Cardio should do the trick [: Good Luck!

It`s Chynna. So, i`ve kind of fallen off of the “healthy living wagon”. I`ve started eating lots of unhealthy food. I ate what was convenient and what was already there for me; cake, burgers, cupcakes, muffins, chips, french fries etc. I`ve also become extremely unmotivated and stopped exercising. And recently i`ve been seeing those choices start to show it`s ugly face. My body has gotten some unwanted body fat, and i`ve been getting tired much easier. Either in sleep, or simply walking. And my skin has taken it`s toll too. So, today i`m going to update more and try to stay motivated for healthy living.
